The BA Studies Programme of the Department of Spanish Language and Literature of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens fully complies with the principles of the Hellenic Authority for Higher Education Quality Standard (QS), and with the principles of Quality Assurance in the European Higher Education Area (ESG 2015) for level 6 of the National and EuropeanQualification Framework.
The period of validity of the certification is set for five years, from 20/09/2022 to 19-09-2027.
Accreditation is an external evaluation process based on specific, predetermined, internationally accepted quantitative and qualitative criteria and indicators that have been published in advance and are in line with the Standards and Guidelines for Quality Assurance in the European Higher Education Area.
The purpose of accreditation is the assurance of the quality of higher education.
We are proud that our Department responded to the principles for the quality assurance in the studies it provides, and stands on an equal level with all European study programmes.
